450 gms spaghetti
500 gms mushrooms,sliced
4 cups tomato sauce

Directions

Cook pasta 2 minutes less than al dente
Soak pasta in cold water, drain
Toss pasta in olive oil. Set aside
Saute mushrooms
Add tomato sauce
Portion sauce into containers, freeze
Once sauce is frozen & pasta cooled, add pasta to containers
